Terms & ConditionsHiring from The Studio Dress Hire means you adhere to our Terms & ConditionsThe Studio Dress Hire will require a photo of your licence or photo ID as a security measure. This will not be distributed anyway.In the unlikely event that the garment is damaged, you are fully liable to pay for the repair of the item. If the item is beyond repair and deemed "unwearable" then you will be asked to pay for the replacement of the item.As garments are in high demand, we ask that all items be posted back by 1pm the following business day after your 4 day hire period. Failure to do so will ensure a late fee of $20 per day. A $40 deposit will be taken per garment and will be refunded in to your account once we receive the returned item.An express postage fee will be added on to the cost of the garment or $28 if you require a return slip.We want you to love your outfit! Please ask to arrange a try on if you are local to the Wollongong area. Once you have ordered your outfit and money has been exchanged, a refund will not be offered. This includes situations where a garment does not fit or suit you.The hiring price is inclusive of a dry cleaning fee. Please do not wash the garment yourself. If there are any stains or damage, please make us aware of this.We would love to see your photos of you wearing your piece! The photos will only be shared with your permission and will get you 15% off your next hire with us.Happy Shopping
